RATES , DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and /or departure dates and room types. All fees are given in the currency you can choose in our system. The maximum number of guests per room is based upon room types. Please check your room type descriptions for details. Children, 0-6 years Free,7-11 years 50% Discount ,12 years and older, stay as adults. 8 percent VAT and 2 percent ACCOMODATION TAX is included in room rates. Cribs are free of charge depending on the capacity of the room type.
Reservation confirmation deposit is 35% of the total amount. Deposits are non-refundable except for force majeure. Booking dates can be changed to another dates on availability

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Upon reservation, your credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page or email. Debit cards are not accepted. Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing may be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay. Please consider that all the rates provided on the website are in Turkish Lira, Euro,British Pound and American Dolar. The name on your credit card must match the name on your reservation. If it does not, please be aware that your reservation will not be guaranteed and potentially be cancelled.
The credit card must be presented upon check-in, along with a valid photo identification of the cardholder and registered hotel guest. On the day of arrival, Ocean Blue will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for your entire stay. Should the credit card be declined, be invalid or if no credit card is presented, another form of payment will be required or the reservation may be subject to cancellation without notice.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is earliest 2 PM and Check-out time is latest 12 PM. You must be at least 18 years old or stay with your parents to check-in and register for a room. A valid government issued identification or passport must be presented upon check-in.
Should you arrive at the Hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel’s Reception for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. An early check-in fee, which is 50 percent of your daily rate, will apply for early check-ins. Early check-in is only available on request subject to room availability and occupancy levels. Please contact the Hotel before your arrival for early check-in requests.
For late check-out requests, please check with the Hotel’s Front Desk – Reception at least 24 hours prior to your departure regarding availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12 PM to 4 PM and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-outs after 4 PM.

SMOKING POLICY

All of the rooms are no-smoking in Ocean Blue. Smoking in indoor spaces is prohibited by local law. Smoking is allowed at designated outdoor areas.

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed.

DURING ACCOMMODATION

To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone in the hotel, the Management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation of guests who fail to comply with the following rules and regulations.
•The rooms are for accommodation service. Each individual staying in a room must be registered at the reception.Unregistered visitors are not permitted to enter guest rooms or other areas of the hotel. An additional fee for unregistered guests will be charged to the account of the guest(s) registered to the room.
• Children should never be left alone on the balcony, stairs, pool etc. In places, children should be accompanied.
• For your own safety and comfort, please do not enter the dining and beverage areas without shoes. Do not only wear swimsuits but t-shirts etc. in restaurants. you can enter in a dress.
• We kindly request that guests maintain a reasonable volume level. Please respect the comfort of other guests. Our guests are strictly forbidden to harass each other or demonstrate disturbing behaviour.
• Our guests are entirely responsible for their belongings. “Ocean Blue” does not accept any responsibility should a guest’s belongings be lost or stolen.Please keep your valuables in the special safes in your rooms. Otherwise, the hotel management does not accept any responsibility.
• “Ocean Blue” does not accept any responsibility for any accident or injury beyond the control of the Hotel.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledges that if the reservation is accepted by Ocean Blue, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard terms and conditions of stay. Ocean Blue shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Turkish Republic.
We declare and undertake that the confidentiality of your personal information is important to us and that it shall not be shared with third parties, institutions or corporations other than legally authorised entities. All links on our website and their contents are the responsibility of the owners, confidentiality guidelines are specified by their own confidentiality policies.
